The submitted episode is available to view here on our site and all 6 episodes will be up soon enough to view.
If you have a vote in the awards we'd be delighted to have it!
Producers Brid and Eileen Seoighe are delighted with the nomination. "Mobs has been a great little franchise for us down the years" , says Bríd. "We produced 12 films on American mobsters and now this 6 on their Canadian counterparts. Each of the 3 series has received nominations for the IFTA's so hopefully the Canadian stories will finally get Mobs the IFTA it deserves."
Eileen adds, "Great credit to the whole team who worked on the series, finding the stories, getting access to the mobsters and shooting such great footage out in Canada and here in ireland. We are absolutely delighted to have been nominated again and here's hoping that 2012 is Mobs year for glory".
The IFTA awards ceremony will be broadcast live on RTE 1 Television on Saturday 11th February at 9.30pm.
