7 x 50minute TV series This series looks at the history of surnames in Ireland. The guest in each program searches for more information about his/her descendants. How far back does the name go? What archaeological remains are left today? Manuscripts? Land Dwellings? On top of that, they will be looking for stories about the people and characters that share the same surname.
